Image Transforms Singapore was formed in 1988 by a team of lecturers from the National University of Singapore to 
commercialize the SEMICAPS range of products that was developed at the Centre of Integrated Circuit Failure Analysis and 
Reliability (CICFAR), NUS. 


Image Transforms Singapore specializes in electron, ion, photon and X-Ray beam technologies and associated technqiues 
for the characterization of materials and devices. Our technical specialists have strong backgrounds in beam technologies, 
detection systems, vacuum technology, high voltage electronics complimented with an in-depth understanding of the 
application requirements of the industry.
